   Our bulk DMD 3-5-3 (Class H - 180°C) 36" x 36 Yard Insulation Roll is a highly dependable, commercial-grade electrical insulation medium designed for high-efficiency production lines. Engineered as a three-ply flexible white laminate, this configuration incorporates outer polyester non-woven fabric (Dacron) layers saturated and bonded to a reinforced 5-mil core of electrical polyester (Mylar®) film.




   Supplied in a continuous 36-yard roll form factor, this material is optimized for automated slicing, punching, and winding. The high-performance adhesive matrices prevent layer edge separation during conversion, while the outer Dacron fabric yields excellent resin wetting properties that draw varnishes completely into target spaces during final curing cycles.
