Our 562 PTFE Film Electrical Tape is a military-grade, high-performance skived polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tape engineered for superior electrical insulation and heat resistance. Coated with a high-temperature, pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive on one side, this tape offers exceptional conformability, chemical resistance, and an extremely low coefficient of friction.
Designed to perform reliably in extreme environments, this 3.5-mil thick tape is perfect for insulating wire harnesses, protecting high-voltage components, and providing slick, non-stick release surfaces in high-temperature manufacturing. It meets the rigorous quality and safety standards of military specification MIL-I-23594C (now classified under commercial item description A-A-59474).
