Premium N-K-N Flexible Laminate Insulation Sheet - 3-3-3 Construction
Our N-K-N (Nomex-Kapton-Nomex) Insulation Sheet is a high-grade, 3-ply electrical laminate engineered for heavy-duty electrical systems. Constructed using a rugged 3-3-3 configuration (3 mil Nomex / 3 mil Kapton / 3 mil Nomex), this 36" x 36" sheet provides an overall nominal thickness of 9 mils. It combines the superior thermal stabilization and tear resistance of DuPont Nomex® paper with the upgraded electrical barrier properties of an extra-thick Kapton® polyimide film core.
Rated for Class H (180°C to 220°C) continuous operations, this flexible composite sheet maintains its structural integrity and electrical isolating characteristics under intense thermal spikes, mechanical stress, or harsh chemical exposure. It is highly conformable, easy to die-cut or slice, and is ideal for custom high-voltage phase barriers and lining applications.
