Premium N-K-N Flexible Laminate Insulation Sheet
Our N-K-N (Nomex-Kapton-Nomex) Insulation Sheet is a high-grade, 3-ply electrical laminate engineered for demanding electrical applications. Constructed using an optimized 2-2-2 construction (2 mil Nomex / 2 mil Kapton / 2 mil Nomex), this 36" x 36" sheet provides a total nominal thickness of 6 mils. It combines the superior thermal and tear resistance of DuPont Nomex® paper with the excellent dielectric barrier properties of Kapton® polyimide film.
Rated for Class H (180°C) continuous operations, this flexible composite sheet maintains its mechanical and electrical characteristics even when subjected to extreme temperature spikes, heavy vibration, or chemical solvents. It is highly conformable, easy to cut, and ideal for wrapping, lining, or die-cutting into custom gaskets.
