Essex Solutions 15 AWG Heavy Allex® Round Copper Magnet Wire (NEMA MW 16-C) is engineered for the most punishing thermal, chemical, and physical environments. Utilizing an elite aromatic polyimide film insulation, this heavy-build wire is capable of handling severe, continuous overloads well beyond standard enamel coatings.

  • Ultra-High Thermal Rating: Class 240°C continuous operational temperature.
  • Extreme Burnout Resistance: Thermoplastic cut-through threshold exceeds 500°C+.
  • Chemical Armor: Virtually impervious to aggressive industrial solvents, chemical strippers, and oils.
  • Heavy Dielectric Shield: Heavy-build film profile maximizes dielectric strength and eliminates pinhole defects.
  • Ideal For: Aerospace & military electronics, high-temperature traction motors, heavy-duty power tools, and submersible pump motors.

*Note: Due to insulation properties under high-frequency stress, Allex® is not recommended for inverter-duty motor applications.
