   Our bulk DMD 5-3-5 (Class H - 180°C) 36" x 36 Yard Insulation Roll is an optimized high-absorption electrical isolation substrate built for advanced industrial manufacturing. Structured as a three-ply flexible white laminate, this configuration incorporates extra-thick 5-mil non-woven polyester fabric (Dacron) face sheets securely bonded to a highly resilient 3-mil core of electrical-grade polyester (Mylar®) film.




   The heavy-duty 5-mil outer fleece design functions as a high-capacity reservoir for impregnating resins, providing exceptional saturation depth during standard vacuum-pressure impregnation (VPI) cycles. Supplied as a continuous 36-yard roll stock, this material exhibits premium structural cushion against mechanical abrasion while keeping high flexibility for automatic coil placement and forming.
