   Our premium DMD 3-3-3 (Dacron-Mylar-Dacron) 24" x 36" Insulation Sheet is a high-performance, three-ply flexible laminate designed specifically for Class 155 (F) electrical insulation requirements. Engineered by bonding high-grade polyester non-woven (Dacron) fabric layers to a core layer of polyester (Mylar®) film using a specialized high-temperature adhesive system, this bright white laminate offers a cost-effective, dependable solution with excellent flexibility, puncture resistance, and varnish absorption.




   The harmonious multi-ply construction blends the best attributes of both materials: the outer Dacron non-woven layers provide exceptional resin and varnish retention alongside high edge-tear durability, while the internal Mylar film core ensures superior initial dielectric breakdown strength and robust mechanical integrity.
Applications

Primary Applications

  • Electric Motors & Generators: Ideal for slot liners, wedge components, and phase-to-phase insulation wraps in Class 155 (F) industrial motors.
